Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, giving you flexibility in scheduling tutoring sessions throughout the year.
Yes, we understand that scheduling conflicts may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may result in the loss of the tutoring credit for that session.
